RETURN POLICY
Validity Period

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
Publications such as newspapers or magazines.
Items of an intimate or sanitary nature.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards.
Downloadable software.
Certain health and personal care items.
Returns Process

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Cases

Partial refunds will be considered in cases such as:

Books with visible signs of use.
Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassettes or vinyl.
Any item damaged or missing parts not attributable to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email of its receipt and the status of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit institution, as there may be a waiting period for it to be officially reflected. If the problem persists, contact your bank and, if it is not resolved, contact us at rinringohelp@gmail.com

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange for the same item, contact us at rinringohelp@gmail.com  and send the item to our address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the item. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the donor received the order first, the refund will be sent to the donor.
